Courtyard by Marriott Debuts in Chengdu, China
On June 11, 2020, Courtyard by Marriott made its debut in Chengdu, the capital city of China’s Sichuan Province. Located near CBD of Chengdu Tianfu New Area, Courtyard by Marriott Chengdu South is only one step from the metro station and allows a 35-minute drive to both Chengdu East Railway Station and Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport.
The hotel’s 311 rooms and suites feature flexible areas for work and relaxation, as well as a full array of amenities including high-speed Wi-Fi, flat-screen HDTV and ergonomic sofa. The Pavilion, the hotel’s all-day restaurant, can accommodate 168 guests with a wide selection of different types of cuisines. On the 6th floor of the hotel is a well-equipped fitness center, which provides guests with 24-hour professional fitness service. In addition, the hotel offers nearly 1,000 sqm of event space, comprising one 380-sqm ballroom, five multi-function rooms and one boardroom. The multi-function rooms can be merged or separated flexibly to meet various meeting needs, while the ballroom is also flexible to host meetings, exhibitions and weddings.
